Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include delivery within India. Product availability, quantity, price, shipping, discounts, and final payable total are revalidated before payment. We may reject or cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or an unlawful request. Any collected amount for a cancelled order will be returned to its original payment method.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store raw card, bank, UPI PIN, password, or OTP credentials. Payment status may be confirmed through Razorpay callbacks, APIs, and signed webhooks. Never share an OTP or payment password with The Believe It Store personnel.
Fulfilment, cancellation, and returns
Delivery and return rules form part of this agreement. Review our Shipping Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy before paying. A paid order begins as not dispatched. Courier or local-delivery tracking and related notifications begin only after The Believe It Store manually marks the order as dispatched.
Accounts and communications
You may purchase as a guest or create an account using Google or email. Transactional email is used for receipts and essential order updates. WhatsApp order updates with SMS fallback, abandoned-cart reminders, and promotional messages are sent only under the communication choices shown when you provide your details. Optional consent may be withdrawn without affecting an existing order.
Intellectual property and acceptable use
Site copy, original images, readings, course materials, brand assets, and digital resources may not be reproduced, resold, scraped, or redistributed without written permission. You must not misuse checkout, submit fraudulent payments, interfere with site security, or use the service unlawfully.
Support and disputes
Contact The Believe It Store first so we can investigate an order or service issue. Razorpay facilitates payment and is not the seller. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected. Grievances follow the process published on our Contact page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts, without limiting any forum or remedy that applicable consumer law makes available to you.
