Coverage and charges
Physical products are currently shipped within India. Shipping rule: Included in every product price. Any charge is shown in the order summary before Razorpay opens. Delivery is included in each listed product price; The Believe It Store does not add a hidden courier or payment-gateway fee.
Dispatch and delivery
Expected dispatch: 24 to 48 hours after order confirmation. Expected delivery after dispatch: approximately 3 to 4 days after carrier pickup. These are estimates, not guarantees. Weekends, public holidays, remote locations, severe weather, carrier disruption, and events outside our control may add time.
Address accuracy
Customers must provide a complete name, phone, street address, city, state, and valid postal code. Request corrections immediately. Changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch. Re-shipping costs caused by an incomplete, refused, or incorrect address may be charged to the customer where permitted.
Tracking and receipt
Tracking details are shared when available. Inspect the parcel on arrival. For a visibly damaged, missing, or incorrect item, preserve the packaging and contact us within 7 days with the order number, photographs, and an unedited opening video where available. This evidence helps us investigate with the carrier.
Lost or delayed parcels
Contact support if tracking stops updating beyond the stated delivery estimate. We will investigate with the carrier and offer the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Do not share payment credentials with anyone claiming to expedite delivery.
